Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern your use of our website and our metal-polishing services. By booking or accepting a quote, you agree to the Terms below.
Quotes are based on details you provide and on-site inspection. Any changes in scope, access,
condition or location may adjust the price. Quotes generally exclude GST unless stated.
We’ll confirm dates in writing. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for rescheduling or
cancellations. Late cancellations may incur a call-out fee to cover costs.
Ensure safe access, power/water (if required) and removal of personal items. Notify us of any
pre-existing damage, defects or special finishes to avoid unintended results.
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due upon completion. We accept standard electronic methods.
Late payments may attract admin fees or interest as permitted by law.
We stand behind our workmanship. Natural wear, corrosion, previous damage or misuse are excluded.
To claim, notify us within a reasonable time with photos and job details.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to re-supply of services or the cost
of re-supply. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
We may take before/after photos of work completed (excluding personal info) for portfolio or
marketing unless you ask us not to before the job starts.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes are subject to WA courts.
